Qualified Freelance Workplace Mediators Required.


Introduction

TCM is seeking experienced and qualified freelance mediators to join our growing mediation panel.

In particular, we require mediators in the following areas of the UK - London and South East; Birmingham and Midlands; Bristol and South West; Leeds and North East; Manchester and North West; Northern Ireland; Scotland and Wales.TCM Vacancies

All TCM mediators are required to be (or working towards becoming) FULL members of the Professional Mediators' Association (PMA). Newly recruited mediators are required to undertake an apprenticeship of 3-5 cases.

We ask all mediators to contribute to the development of our mediation services including supporting marketing activities, attending pitches, delivering workshops, preparing articles and other associated activities.

Qualified Freelance Trainers Required.

Introduction

TCM is seeking 4 freelance trainers to join our growing training team. Formal training qualifications such as the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice are an essential requirement and all trainers must possess at least 5 years training experience in an employed or consultant capacity. Possession of A1/A2 vocational assessor awards is beneficial as we deliver three OCN accredited courses.

Trainers are required to develop and deliver a wide range of courses on mediation and dispute resolution for delivery to organisations across the UK. Trainers will also be required to deliver TCM's flagship course for mediators - The National Certificate in Workplace Mediation.

Experienced Civil Mediators Required.

Introduction

TCM recently launched a new service providing civil, commercial and business mediation services - TCM Legal. To help get TCM Legal off the ground we require a team of 4 qualified civil/commercial mediators who are willing to provide support and guidance, initially on a pro-bono basis.

Applicants must have completed a recognised commercial mediation qualification from either CedR, ADRg or CiArb

What does TCM offer in return?
As TCM Legal develops, the 4 mediators will then form the mediation panel for TCM Legal.
