Short Courses and Events We run a number of short courses from half-day to one-day events These range from mediation 'eye openers' to advanced master classes.		Two-Day Conflict Resolution Courses We run a variety of popular and innovative conflict management courses for senior and line managers, HR, TU reps, Occ Health and many, many others.
OCN Accredited Courses We run 2 OCN accredited courses: 1. The Essentials of Workplace Mediation (3 day core skills) 2. Applied Workplace Mediation Skills (4 day advanced course)		National Certificate in Workplace Mediation This is the UK's benchmark qualification for workplace and employment mediators. ŁFREE Symposia and Events TCM runs monthly events £FREE of charge at the UK Mediation Academy. Everything that you wanted to know about mediation and dispute resolution without paying 'rip off' conference fees!		Mediator Refresher Days and CPD TCM trains over 500 mediators every year. These events provide opportunities for mediators to update skills, review practice and share experiences.
