Introduction
At TCM, we offer a expert neutral evaluation in workplace disputes. In some cases, it may not yet be the right time or the situation may be too complex to offer workplace mediation or dispute resolution.In more complex conflicts such as collective disputes; planned or current industrial action, team or group conflict or conflict involving complex factors such as multiple parties; multiple or counter grievances; or allegations of bullying, harassment or discrimination, you may wish to be provided with a neutral assessment of the situation before you proceed with an appropriate intervention.
One of our dispute resolution experts can undertake a speedy and objective evaluation of the current situation and provide a detailed report outlining the options available. We will ensure that we will work within the time limits laid within your own policies and the Dispute Resolution Regulations 2004. This report will offer a comprehensive evaluation of the potential role of mediation and/or an investigation etc. We will also attend debrief meetings as required. Please note that we will not disclose personal details or attribute what has been said directly to any party.
