Introduction to TCM's coaching services

At Total Conflict Management, as well as a wide range of workplace mediation services, we offer two forms of coaching and mentoring support for managers and other stakeholders :

One to one conflict coaching for managers and executives
Coaching and mentoring for professional workplace mediators (internal or external)

All of our coaching packages are tailor made to suit the needs of the individual being coached. Since coaching is a one-to-one process, it can often be much more productive than traditional classroom training.

This was a serious dispute, one in which we had invested tremendous amounts of time, energy and money.

Mediation proved to me that these disputes are best resolved by getting around a table and talking.

Support and coaching for professional mediators

Our coaching for professional mediators enables them to discuss current practice issues, offload difficult issues, explore alternative practices, and consider best practice and new trends. We usually recommend a quarterly coaching session but of course, this is negotiable.

Please note that all TCM accredited mediators are required to meet a TCM approved coach on an annual basis. In the case of in-house mediators, this may be an internal coach/mentor.

The government, in a recent DTI report, has outlined plans for expanding the role of mediation and conciliation within the workplace.
